Home Assistance Center SMS Alerts
Program Description: Home Assistance Center provides a mobile messaging program to keep our clients informed. By opting in, users can expect to receive SMS messages regarding case status updates, short sale negotiation progress, appointment reminders, document requests, and general real estate assistance information relevant to their specific situation.
Cancellation & Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode or phone number you received messages from. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Rejoining the Service
If you wish to restart the service after opting out, you may rejoin by signing up via our website forms or texting “START” to our number. We will resume sending SMS messages to you according to your previous preferences.
